Tarika Srinivasan

Tarika Srinivasan is a dedicated medical professional currently serving as a Research Trainee at UAMS under Dr. Susan Emmett, focusing on hearing health equity. In addition, Tarika leads the Research Team for the Global OHNS Initiative, emphasizing research and advocacy for equitable otolaryngology subspecialty care. As a part-time tutor with Cambridge Coaching, Tarika specializes in advanced test preparation and subject instruction. Tarika has completed multiple otolaryngology sub-internships at prestigious institutions, including Johns Hopkins Medicine and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Previous experience includes a Clinical Research Assistant role at Boston Children's Hospital and a Post-Baccalaureate Research Fellowship at the Mayo Clinic. Tarika's educational background includes pursuing a Master of Medical Science and a Doctor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, along with dual degrees in Biochemistry and Philosophy from The University of Texas at Austin.
