At Cambridge Healthcare Research [CHR], we partner with the world’s largest biopharmaceutical companies, supporting their commercial and strategic decision-making. We employ rigorous primary and secondary research to ensure we provide our clients robust market analysis and actionable recommendations. The company has grown significantly in the last several years and now operates with 150 people across two sites [London and Cambridge]. As we move from startup to scale-up, we are now implementing an exciting people strategy that aims to build on our success through attracting, recruiting, developing, rewarding and retaining the best talent, all within an inclusive environment that enables our team to have an impact beyond work. We are now looking for a People Administrator to join our People Team and be part of our ambition to empower our people to reach their potential and deliver the excellence our clients deserve.

The OpportunityYou will be the first point of contact for our people and managers across the company, playing a pivotal role in representing the team and all we do. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, personable and professional generalist HR service to internal and external customers, promoting the People Team as a proactive strategic partner to the business focused on delivering a human centred people experience that maximises the capability and achievements of our people.

You will have exposure to a wide variety of people activities within a fast-paced and evolving environment. You will make a difference by not just following existing systems and processes but also creating and improving ways of working that enable sustainable growth, thus developing and growing yourself as a people professional and advisor.

The opportunity is available on a permanent basis and we will consider applicants on both a full and part-time basis, subject to a minimum of 25 hours per week over 5 days.
