Alexander Doust

Alexander Doust has extensive experience in business development and technical roles within the fields of mechatronics, OLED technology, and photovoltaics. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Global Sales Operations at Cambridge Mechatronics Ltd, Alexander has a strong background in market analysis, technology roadmaps, and CRM development. Previous positions at Cambridge Display Technology involved managing multidisciplinary teams to advance commercial applications of printed OLED displays and solar cells. Alexander also held roles in research and academia, including postdoctoral research on photosynthetic proteins and project management within the European Union. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Physical Chemistry from the University of Toronto and a Msci in Chemistry from Imperial College London. In addition to professional endeavors, Alexander serves as Treasurer for De Vaarboom, overseeing school finances.
