Mari Iromoto

Mari Iromoto has a diverse work experience. Mari currently holds the role of CIO, Strategy & Performance at Cambridge Memorial Hospital since June 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Michael Garron Hospital as the Director of Quality, Risk, Privacy, Operational Excellence, Research & Innovation from 2012 to 2019. Before that, they worked as a Principal Consultant at their own company, Mari Iromoto & Associates, from 2011 to 2012. Mari also has experience working at Maple Leaf Foods Inc, where they held various roles including Innovation Programs, ThinkFOOD! Centre from 2009 to 2011, Leadership Development from 2007 to 2010, and Six Sigma Project Leader & Coach from 2004 to 2007. Mari started their career at IBM as an Associate Principal, Management Consultant from 1998 to 2004.

Mari Iromoto, MBA, CHCIO, CDH-E has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, with a focus on Business. Mari also holds a BA in Economics from Western University. In 2016, they obtained a certificate in Patient Safety Officer from the Canadian Patient Safety Institute, specializing in Quality & Patient Safety.
