Elizabeth Essex

Elizabeth Essex has over fifteen years of experience in human resources and workforce development. Elizabeth is currently the Sr. Director of People Strategy at Oscar Health, a position they have held since June 2017. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Client Development RPO at AMN Healthcare from January 2016 to June 2017. Elizabeth also spent four years as an Instructor at Pure Barre from September 2014 to December 2018. Her previous experience also includes working as a Human Resources Account Manager at Apollo Education Group from November 2011 to January 2016. Elizabeth's experience and knowledge in the human resources field has allowed their to be successful in their current role at Oscar Health.

Elizabeth Essex has a BS in Psychology from the University of Arizona.
