Laura Richardson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Laura currently holds the position of VP of Customer Success at Cambridge Mobile Telematics, where they are responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction and ensuring the success of the company's telematics service. Prior to this role, Laura served as SVP of Customer Success and Vice President of Customer Success at Profitero, where they were instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and retention. Laura Richardson attended Wellesley College from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a BA in Anthropology and Geology. Laura then went on to study at the Thunderbird School of Global Management from 2004 to 2006, receiving an MBA in International Marketing. Prior to their college education, Laura Richardson obtained a high school diploma from the American School Foundation in Mexico City from 1992 to 1996.
