E. Rick Kunkel

E. Rick Kunkel serves as the Captain of the Training Bureau and Deputy Director of the Camden County College Police Academy at CAMDEN COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT. With experience in various roles such as Operations Bureau Commander and Criminal Investigations Bureau Commander, they have a strong background in supervising and leading investigative units. Prior to their current position, they have served in roles such as Police Detective at the New Jersey Attorney General's Office and Police Officer/Detective at Camden City Police Department and Woodlynne Borough Police Dept.
