Jon Plechavy

Jon Plechavy is an experienced professional in mechanical operations and maintenance, currently serving as the Director of Mechanical Operations and Maintenance at Camelback Resort since November 2021. Prior to this role, Jon held the position of Mountain Operations Manager at Vail Resorts from December 2014 to November 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of mountain operations, capital budgeting, project management, and talent development. Earlier in Jon's career, from November 2010 to November 2014, Jon was the Director of Freestyle Terrain at Peak Resorts, managing a team focused on the design and construction of terrain parks while overseeing budgets and payroll.
