Office Administrator

CAMP4 is seeking a highly talented and motivated Office Administrator to support the team at CAMP4. This administrative expert will have a passion for driving efficiency for the leaders they are working with. This candidate will be a strong team player, who works well across functions in a collaborative and transparent manner. This individual will enjoy working in a fast-paced, deeply scientific, and friendly, startup environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Reports to VP of Portfolio Strategy and Operations. Fully manages all aspects of his calendar; being attentive to priorities and optimal use of his time. Schedules onsite and offsite meetings with internal and external contacts and or/groups.

  • Manages vendor relationships related to office management needs.

  • Supports office buildout and renovations by advising on furniture and office equipment needs, and completing all orders.

  • Responsible for ordering and organizing all office supplies and materials, including office snacks, and twice weekly lunches for team members.

  • Provides calendar support to additional members of Executive Leadership team on an as needed basis.

  • Responsible for greeting guests and supporting their visit to the CAMP4 office. The in-office presence of this position is very important and plays a unique role in enabling a positive team environment.

  • Supports all in going and outgoing mail deliveries; receives and sorts packages.

  • Acts as collaborative team member with other support staff and closely coordinates with Executive Assistant to CEO, providing additional support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as administrative support specialist within a professional environment.

  • Has supported senior leaders with calendar management, communications support, and travel.

  • Experienced ‘problem solver’ and team player.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft office suite.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interest in being part of a deeply scientific community.

  • Experience in biotech and/or life sciences industry is strongly preferred.
