Delba Riddick

Delba Riddick has been working in Human Resources for over 20 years. Delba started their career at AARP Foundation, where they worked their way up from Manager of Development Operations to Vice President. In 2005, they left AARP Foundation to become the Senior Director of Human Resources at Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids. In this role, they are responsible for the recruitment, development, and retention of the organization's employees.

Delba Riddick received their Bachelor of Arts from North Carolina Central University.
