Miriam Suchet

Miriam Suchet has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several roles and industries. Their most recent role is Managerin Culture, Change & Transformation at Campana & Schott, where they lead complex organizational developments, business and IT transformations, and the establishment of lean cultures and agile ways of working. Miriam has worked with large corporations and medium-sized companies, utilizing their skills in project management, change management, and cultural transformation. Prior to this, Miriam founded their own consultancy, specializing in change management and coaching for organizational strength. Miriam also studied Organization Studies at the University of Innsbruck, further enhancing their practical understanding of organizational change. Miriam has held positions in veränderungs- und Transformationsberatung at ITO Business Consultants and leitung Unternehmens- und IT-Architekturmanagement at Wacker Chemical Corporation, where they led teams and successfully implemented digitalization and optimization projects. Earlier in their career, Miriam worked at WACKER Chemie AG and SAP Deutschland AG & Co. KG, where they provided IT and business process consulting, drove market development, and supported clients in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Miriam's experience showcases their expertise in managing complex projects, driving organizational change, and delivering successful outcomes.

Miriam Suchet's education history is as follows:

From 2002 to 2005, Miriam attended the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Business Administration).

From 2008 to 2010, Miriam pursued a Master's Degree in Innovation Management at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht.

In 2014, Miriam attended the Inntal Institut and completed the Business-Practitioner program according to DVNLP standards, specializing in goal-oriented leadership, negotiation, and persuasion. Miriam also took on an assistant role during this time.

In 2020, Miriam enrolled in Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck to pursue a Master of Science in Organization Studies, which they completed in 2022.

In 2021, Miriam participated in a program called "Future Coaching 4.0 Ausbildung" at FUTURE Training Beratung Coaching GmbH. During this time, they also completed the required training to become a Qualified Coach by FUTURE.

Additionally, in 2021, Miriam attended a program at Pioneers of Change focusing on hosting and cultural transformation.

In April 2022, they obtained the qualification of Qualified Coach by FUTURE from FUTURE Training Beratung Coaching.
