Afroditi Galani

Afroditi Galani's work experience includes serving as Head of HR at Campari Group since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, where they held the positions of HR Lead from September 2019 to January 2023 and HR Business Partner from April 2015 to August 2019. Afroditi started their career at Johnson & Johnson as an HR Assistant from September 2007 to June 2012, and later became an HR Specialist from June 2012 to March 2015.

Afroditi Galani obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resources Management from Athens University of Economics and Business in 2007. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in the Department of Management Science and Technology, specializing in Human Resources Management, from the same university between 2001 and 2005.
