Mark Norton

Mark Norton has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Mark is currently serving as the Head of HR Strategy and Transformation at Campari Group since 2022. Prior to that, they founded their own consulting firm, Mark Norton Consulting, in 2020, where they provided coaching to leaders and teams.

From 2016 to 2020, Norton worked at Symantec in various leadership positions. Mark served as the Vice President Head of International HR and Global Operations, where they led the establishment of a global HR Operations function and a shared services center. Mark also held the role of Head of HR EMEA, APJ, and India, overseeing HR operations, shared employee services, and employee relations for employees in 38 countries.

Before joining Symantec, Norton had roles at McKinney Rogers as a Principal Consultant, LIW Ltd as a Director, and PA Consulting Group as a Principal Consultant. At these companies, they provided leadership development, consulting, and coaching services to clients. Mark also worked in the British Army for almost two decades, gaining leadership experience in various roles.

Mark Norton attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in 1986. Mark then went on to earn an MA in Military Studies from Cranfield University in 1998-1999. Mark Norton also completed a Level 3 coaching program from the Rugby Football Union in 2019-2020.
