Manuela Quaglini

Manuela Quaglini has extensive work experience in the field of HR and organization development. Manuela most recently worked at Campari Group as the Head of HR Italy. Prior to that, they served as the Sr HR Director for Northern, Central, and Eastern Europe at Campari Group. Before joining Campari Group, Manuela held various roles at Danone, including Head of HR & Organization Development and Head of Transformation in Italy & Greece. Manuela also worked as the Head of Talent & Learning for Italy & Greece at Danone. Their earlier experience includes working as an HR Business Partner at Mellin and holding several HR and communication roles at Danone Dairy. Manuela began their career as a sales training intern at Galbani.

Manuela Quaglini obtained a degree in Economics, Business & Administration from the University of Pavia, achieving a score of 108/110. Additionally, they attended the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 1998-1999 to study Economy and Law.
