Craig Leadley has a vast amount of experience in the food technology industry, starting from their time as a Research Assistant at Birds Eye Foods to their current role as a Technology Fellow at Campden BRI. Throughout their career, Craig has held various management positions, led R&D projects, and played key roles in building technical training academies. Craig has also been actively involved in voluntary positions within the Institute of Food Science & Technology, where Craig has shared their knowledge and gained valuable board-level experience. With a PhD in High Pressure Processing from the University of Birmingham and a BSc in Food Technology from the University of Reading, Craig is well-equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in their field.
