Rona Williamson, CSM has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Rona began their career in 1997 as an Independent Consultant and Owner at Soemarmo Business Services. In 2001, they joined Microsoft as a Technical Support Analyst, Project Planner, Campaign Manager, and Senior Brand Solutions Manager. In 2011, Rona moved to Fabric Worldwide as a Senior Program Manager and then to 425 Consulting Group as a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft - Finance IT. In 2017, they joined nfolks as a Program Manager at Microsoft - GDC Web Data Instrumentation and Senior Business Analyst at Microsoft - Office Scorecard. Rona then moved to Averro as a Program Manager at Microsoft - Risk and Protection Services before joining Microsoft again as a Senior Product Manager - Core Finance and Federal Engineering. In 2018, they joined Campfire Analytics as a Senior Program Manager and is currently a Senior Program/Product Manager at the same company.

Rona Williamson has a BA in Geological Sciences from the University of Washington, which they obtained between 1996 and 1998. In 2006, they obtained their Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, Inc. in September. In 2009, they obtained their Intermediate Certificate in Wine and Spirits, with Distinction (WSET Level 2) from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust. Finally, in 2012, they obtained their Dale Carnegie Course: Effective Communications and Human Relations from Dale Carnegie Training.
