Elaine Carlson

Elaine Carlson has a diverse range of work experience. Elaine started their career at Avery Brewing Co in 2012, where they worked as a Tap room server for two years before transitioning into the role of Gear advocate. In this role, they were responsible for managing the merchandise and online merchandise program, making decisions on inventory, supplying sales teams with swag, and collaborating with designers. Elaine also built the ecommerce site using Shopify.
