Sara Hashem

Sara Hashem has an extensive work experience, beginning in 2010 with the Peace Corps as a Volunteer Instructor of English. Sara then moved to Yoon's, Kookje, and MIT English Language Institutes in 2013, where they served as Lead Instructor of English. In 2016, they began working for Oregon State University Ecampus as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant. Also in 2016, Hashem joined NextEra Energy Resources as a Software Engineer and DevOps Engineer. In 2019, they moved to Maxwell Health as a Senior Software Engineer, and in 2020, they joined Sun Life as a Lead Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. Currently, Hashem is a Senior Software Developer II at Campspot.

Sara Hashem attended the University of Florida from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Philosophy. In 2015, they continued their education at Oregon State University, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science in 2017. In 2016, they obtained a Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the Lean Six Sigma Institute LLC. In 2018, they achieved an AWS Certified Developer certification from Amazon Web Services.
