Brittany Rohde

Brittany Rohde has extensive experience in people operations and total rewards. Brittany currently holds the position of Senior Director, People Operations at Camunda. Prior to their current role, they worked at GitLab, where they held various roles including Director, Total Rewards, Senior Manager, Total Rewards, and Manager, Total Rewards. Brittany also served as a Senior People Operations Analyst, People Operations Analyst, People Operations Specialist, and People Operations Coordinator at GitLab. Before joining GitLab, they worked as a Human Resources/Payroll Specialist at Globe Machine Manufacturing Company.

Brittany Rohde completed their Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Compensation & Benefits at Penn State University from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, which they completed from 2011 to 2014. Brittany also holds a certification in Human Resource Management from Martinsburg College.
