Jennifer Yoder

Jennifer Yoder has over 19 years of work experience in Human Resources and People Operations. Jennifer began their career in 2002 as a Human Resources Representative at Vivendi, where they supported the internal HR function during the merger and reorganization of multiple subsidiaries. In 2004, they joined Serino Coyne as a Human Resources Manager, where they partnered with leaders across the business to advise on employee relations, benefits, policies and performance management. Jennifer was also responsible for full life-cycle recruitment from open job requisitions through hire and employee onboarding. In 2011, they took on the role of Talent Acquisition at Serino Coyne, where they led full-cycle talent acquisition efforts for the entire agency, providing counsel and guidance to leadership and hiring managers. In 2016, they joined S'well as the Director of People Lead. In 2020, they moved to ShopKeep by Lightspeed as the Director of Global People Operations. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Vise as the Senior Director of People Operations.

Jennifer Yoder obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
