Cindy Ho, CFA, FRM has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Cindy started their career in 2007 as a Risk Analytics Co-op at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. Cindy then worked as a Valuation Actuarial Co-op at Manulife Financial in the same year. In 2008, they had internships at Scotia Capital in the Structured Products Group as a Trading Assistant, and at TD Bank Group in the Alternative Execution Group as a Trading Assistant. Cindy joined Canaccord Financial in 2009 as a Risk Analyst and held this role until 2011. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Senior Risk Analyst in Enterprise Risk Management at Canaccord Financial. Cindy then continued their career at Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. as a Risk Manager from 2014 to 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Risk Management - North America at Canaccord Genuity Group Inc., starting in January 2017.

Cindy Ho, CFA, FRM completed their Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Actuarial Science / Finance at the University of Waterloo from 2004 to 2009. In 2011, they obtained the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), followed by acquiring the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute in August 2012.
