Trista G

Trista G has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Trista is currently working as a Business Development Associate at Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Consultant at IG Private Wealth Management from March 2021 to August 2022. Trista also has experience as a Principal at brandNEW consulting from 2010 to 2021.

In terms of their yoga background, Trista is an Experienced Yoga Teacher with over 500 hours of training. Trista completed various yoga training programs, including Advanced Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga/Rocket Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Pre/Post Natal, and Dragon Dance. Trista's yoga teaching philosophy emphasizes breath, meditation, mindfulness, and physical practice.

Trista has also held positions in marketing and brand strategy. Trista served as a Marketing Manager at Ferrari of Alberta from February 2018 to January 2019, where they developed and executed strategic marketing objectives for luxury car brands. Trista also worked as a Brand Strategist & Client Relations at Curiocity Group Inc. from February 2017 to February 2018.

Additionally, Trista had experience in project management and client relations. Trista worked as a Senior Project Manager at Evans Hunt in August 2016 and fulfilled the role of Marketing Manager at Mosaic Communications from November 2015 to August 2016. Trista also served as an Account and Client Relations Manager at Mosaic Communications from December 2012 to December 2015, where they were responsible for client communication, project coordination, and budget management.

Furthermore, Trista had independent experience as an agent for Shellbee G Art Corp, showcasing and coordinating art sales through their website.

Lastly, they attended the Vikasa Yoga Retreat in Koh Samui, Thailand, in May to June 2019, completing a 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training program, which led to their obtaining an RYT-500 certification.

Trista G's education history begins in 2004 when they enrolled at the University of Calgary to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce degree, which they completed in 2006. Trista then attended The University of British Columbia from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce/Management degree. Trista's educational journey continued in 2010 when they joined Istituto Marangoni's London Campus for a Masters Degree in Brand Management, which they completed in 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Trista has also acquired additional certifications. In 2014, they completed a 200HR Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training program at All Yoga Thailand. Furthermore, in 2019, they obtained a 300HR Advanced Yoga Teacher Training certification from Vikasa Yoga.
