Cyd Kalkhourst

Cyd Kalkhourst possesses extensive experience in retail education and management, currently serving as the Director of Global Retail Experience & Education at Canada Goose, following roles as Senior Manager and Manager of Commercial Education & Experience. Prior experience includes several key positions at Aveda Canada, culminating in the role of National Retail Director, and previous roles as a Retail District Manager and National Educator. Cyd Kalkhourst also held the position of Professor of English at Pusan National University and worked as a Production Coordinator at Corus Entertainment. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Ryerson University and a Certificate in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from the University of Toronto.
