Shaylan Masson

Shaylan Masson is a UX Designer currently employed at Canada Life since May 2023, with a previous tenure at the same company as a UX Designer during a 16-month co-op from May 2021 to August 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Technological Team Lead at The United Church of Canada from November 2020 to July 2023, where responsibilities included assembling weekly virtual services using Adobe Premiere Pro and sourcing graphics. Shaylan also facilitated a Financial Literacy Design Sprint for grade nine students at Wilfrid Laurier University in late 2020. Earlier roles include customer service positions at Ingersoll Bowling Lanes and TSC STORES, as well as an Office Associate role at FAD Architects, focusing on project documentation and tracking. Shaylan holds an Honours Bachelor of Design in User Experience Design from Wilfrid Laurier University, earned in May 2023.
