Stuart McDonald

Manager Service Delivery, Pacific Region at CATSA / ACSTA

Stuart McDonald has extensive experience in the aviation industry, having served in various managerial roles for over three decades. Currently, Stuart holds the position of Manager Service Delivery for the Pacific Region at the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority since April 2011. Prior to this, from June 1985 to April 2011, Stuart worked at Air Canada, advancing through several roles including Manager Aircraft Services, where responsibilities included implementing change management for safe and reliable operations, and fostering a culture of customer service. Additionally, Stuart worked as Manager Resource Planning, overseeing operational support for Customer Service and Ramp operations. Stuart applied Six Sigma methodologies as a Green Belt from 2004 to 2006, focusing on process improvement by eliminating errors and variations. Other roles include Service Delivery Manager and various positions as a Cargo and Ramp Station Attendant and Cargo and Baggage Agent.
