Gladys Chau

Gladys Chau, CPA, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in various roles within government agencies. Currently serving as a Senior Program Officer at the Canada Border Services Agency since June 2019, Gladys has previously held positions at the Ontario Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, where responsibilities included Team Lead and Senior Business Analyst from June 2016 to May 2019. Additional experience includes a strategic role as a Strategic Business & Financial Analyst at the Ontario Ministry of Education for a brief period in early 2016, as well as multiple positions at the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services, culminating in a Financial Analyst role from June 2014 to January 2016. Academically, Gladys holds a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Accounting & Financial Management from the University of Waterloo.
