Kailey Allen

Kailey Allen, CMP, DES, is an accomplished event management professional with extensive experience in planning and executing a wide range of events. Currently serving as the Manager of Special Events at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights since September 2023, Kailey previously held the role of Senior Meeting & Event Planner at Canada Life from April 2018 to September 2023, where responsibilities included comprehensive event management from concept through execution. Prior experience includes serving as an Event Coordinator at Generis Group and as Manager of Sales, Catering & Conference Services at the Regional Recreation Corporation of Wood Buffalo, where leadership and financial reporting were key aspects. Kailey's educational background includes certificates in Wedding Planning & Coordination and continued professional development through the Convention Industry Council.
