Megan Evers has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Megan started their career in 2011 as a Pilot for Alberta Skydivers, where they were responsible for flying C206 and C182 aircraft. In 2012, they worked as a Pilot for Skydive Big Sky, managing aircraft logs, administrative duties, and ensuring efficient flight operations.
In 2014, Megan joined Gemstone Logistics Inc. as a Program Administrator, where they handled incoming queries, assisted with reporting functions, and coordinated executive aircraft charters. The following year, they worked at Transport Canada as Operational Support, invigilating aviation examinations and handling aircraft maintenance licensing.
In 2015, Megan joined Canadian North, where they took on various roles. Megan started as a Charter Specialist and later became an Account Manager & Charter Sales, taking care of passengers and charter clients. Megan then served as the Manager of Security & Emergency Response, overseeing security and emergency response programs. Following this, they worked as a CRM Human Factors Facilitator, contributing to training and manuals. Megan moved on to become the Manager of Imperial Oil & Charter Sales and eventually the Manager of Charter Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Charters & Business Development at Canadian North.

In 2010, Megan furthered their education at the University of the Fraser Valley by completing a Communications Certificate.
