Their roles have included Director, Procurement Manager, Lean Advisor, and Office Manager, showcasing their diverse skill set and expertise in business operations and management.

Gina Barnett completed a Certificate in Management from the University of Manitoba in 2006. Gina then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Winnipeg, graduating in 2015. Recently, they earned their Master of Business Administration from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University in 2024. Additionally, Gina obtained certifications in Production and Inventory Management and Supply Chain Professional from APICS in 1996 and 2008 respectively.
