Drew Reynolds

Drew Reynolds has been working in the medical field since 2015. Drew began their career as an Emergency Room Technician at Covenant Health, where they provided emergency medical care in partnership with ER nurses and physicians, was responsible for the reception and triage of new-arriving patients, and preformed patient care skills including CPR, IV access, and patient assessment. Drew then worked as a Paramedic at UMC Health System from 2017 to 2018, and then at Washington County EMS from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they are a Senior Product Specialist at CancerIQ and a Customer Success Specialist at Pulsara, both of which they began in 2022.

Drew Reynolds completed a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Paramedic degree from South Plains College in 2017. Additionally, they obtained two Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certifications from SuccessHACKER in July 2022.
