Tom Metcalfe

Tom Metcalfe is a Senior Software Engineer at Cancer Research UK, where involvement in the Online Fundraising team commenced in September 2022. Previously, Tom served as a Presenter for GasCast, a Bristol Rovers Podcast, from June 2018 to May 2023. A background in web development includes roles as a Web Developer at Reason Digital from July 2017 to September 2022 and as a Senior Web Developer at Proctor + Stevenson in 2017. Tom has extensive experience as a Drupal Developer from 2009, contributing to the Drupal community and recently becoming a co-maintainer of the commerce_registration module. Additional experience includes positions at Sift Digital, Blacklabel Web Design, and Virtual Creations Limited, focusing on executing comprehensive development projects. Tom holds a Computing for Commerce and Business (Hons) degree from the University of Plymouth, obtained in 2010.
