Guy Huggins is currently the Employee Experience and Change Director at C&C Group. Guy also has experience in business and functional transformation program advisory at City & Guilds. Guy has an MBA in Strategy, Organisational Learning, and Change, as well as a BSC Hons in Building Engineering and Management. Throughout their career, Guy has been involved in various transformation projects, including HR, finance, and shared services transformations for companies such as Wincanton, Biffa, and Equiniti.
