Zoe Cowan

Zoe Cowan has extensive work experience in human resources and administration. Zoe is currently the Head of HR Advice and Services at C&C Group since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Matthew Clark from 2016 to 2022, where they held roles as a People Shared Service Support Manager and HR Advisor. From 2014 to 2022, they worked as an HR Advisor at Oasis Dental Care. Zoe's earlier experience includes working as an Operations Manager at Charles Tyrwhitt from 2011 to 2014, where they were responsible for various HR and administrative tasks such as recruitment, induction, performance reviews, payroll management, training, and commercial awareness.

Zoe Cowan obtained a Master's Degree in Music Performance, General from Goldsmiths, University of London between 1997 and 2002. In addition, they obtained a Level 3 Certificate in Human Resources Practice (CIPD) from CIPD in December 2015.
