Piers Marmion

Piers Marmion is an experienced business leader with a strong focus on technology, finance, and education sectors. Currently serving as Chairman of ROUTE2WORK LIMITED since 2017, Marmion oversees a social impact initiative dedicated to providing technology-enabled education for entry-level employment. Additionally, Marmion holds the position of Chairman for multiple fintech platforms including Mogo bankconnect and Mogo, both emphasizing bank-data analytics for lenders. As Chairman of CompIndex, Marmion contributes to enterprise software solutions for HR compensation and diversity benchmarking. Furthermore, Marmion is a Partner at The Board Practice LLP and Chairman of Wilton & Bain, both of which specialize in technology and change management services. Other notable roles include Chairman of the Supervisory Board at BPA Group in India and former Managing Partner of Whitehead Mann LLP.
