James Lewis

James Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. James is currently serving as the Director at CANMOOR since January 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Asset Management at Sandyford Properties Ltd from July 2019 to January 2022. James also worked at Peloton as an Asset Manager from August 2014 to June 2019, where they provided asset management services across various commercial property classes. Before joining Peloton, James was the National Asset Manager at The Co-operative Group from October 2010 to January 2014, where they managed a £220 million investment portfolio and successfully implemented its exit strategy. James also served as the Acquisition & Disposals Manager, Food Retail at The Co-operative Group from May 2008 to October 2010. Prior to that, they worked as a Surveyor at Jones Lang LaSalle from September 2005 to May 2008. Overall, James Lewis has extensive experience in asset management, investment strategy, and acquisitions.

James Lewis received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geography and Planning from the University of Wales, Cardiff, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. James then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Real Estate at the University of Reading, attending from 2004 to 2005.
