Jim Joannou

Head of Professional Services at Canon Business Services ANZ

Jim Joannou has gained extensive work experience in various roles throughout their career. Jim started their career in 1996 as a Helpdesk Analyst and Unix Systems Admin at Franklins. From 1999 to 2005, they worked at Vignette, where they held roles such as SE, SSE, Technical Team TL, and Technical Account Manager.

In 2005, Jim joined Fujitsu Australia Limited and held several roles, including National Server Messaging Team Leader, Technical Infrastructure Services Manager, Team Manager of the Winapps Incident Team, and Operations Manager of the Winapps group. Jim then became Manager of the Network Operations Centre, responsible for incident management and servicing of clients.

Jim's career continued at Dimension Data in 2017, where they served as the Operations Manager of Cloud Services. In 2018, they moved to NTT Ltd. and worked as the Professional Services Manager, responsible for managing professional services operations until 2020. Currently, Jim is the Head of Professional Services at Canon Business Services.

Jim Joannou completed their Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from the University of Technology Sydney between 1993 and 1996.
