Jay Vaishnav

Jay Vaishnav, PhD, FRAPS, currently serves as the Director of Regulatory Affairs at Canon Medical Informatics, focusing on US regulatory strategy and submissions for healthcare IT solutions. Previously, Jay held the role of Director of Regulatory Affairs at RefleXion Medical, where Jay supported the commercialization of innovative radiation therapy technology. Jay's extensive background includes a significant tenure at Canon Medical Systems in various regulatory and medical affairs positions, as well as experience at the FDA as Associate Director of the Center for Devices and Radiological Health's Office of Science and Engineering Laboratories. Jay's academic credentials include advanced degrees from Harvard University and a B.S. from the University of Maryland, alongside experience as an Assistant Professor at Bucknell University and a National Research Council Postdoctoral Fellow at NIST.
