The Opportunity

As a Data and Professional Services Specialist, you will be a dedicated resource for our customers to assist in building out custom workflows and WIP items in their Canopy system. You will collaborate with our Sales Engineers and product specialists to get all the information necessary to build out a successful Workflow. You will also collaborate with our Product teams to provide feedback on how to make Canopy Workflows even better.

Remote in Mexico

What You鈥檒l Do:

  • Accurately enter customer workflows and WIP items into the company鈥檚 system.
  • Verify data accuracy and ensure consistency across different platforms.
  • Communicate with customers to gather necessary information for workflow and WIP entry.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their data migration.
  • Work closely with the implementation and R&D teams to ensure smooth data migration.
  • Assist in troubleshooting data entry issues and provide solutions.
  • Conduct regular checks and audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues to the relevant teams promptly.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all data entry activities.
  • Create and update documentation related to data entry processes and customer workflows.
  • Suggest improvements to data entry processes and tools.

What We鈥檙e Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or related field.
  • Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and basic knowledge of database management.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of workflow and work-in-progress (WIP) concepts.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

Interviewing @ Canopy:

We know application processes can be a little stressful. Here鈥檚 are the stages of a typical interview process:

  • Once your application is received, we will review it and get back to you if we feel like it鈥檚 a mutual fit!
  • 20 minute phone call with the People Team
  • 45 minute video interview with the Hiring Manager
  • 1-3 rounds of interviews depending on the role
  • Final Interview
