Position Summary

AIDA For Feature Management (Harness AI assistant) can answer questions, suggest relevant documentation to help you browse and discover Harness features and documentation, and assist you by retrieving feature flags information directly from your IDE.

The ideal candidate for this position should have strong software engineering skills with some experience implementing AI technologies, familiarity with GenAI and prompt engineering to evolve AIDA capabilities (including but not limited to, evolving its agentic capabilities). This job included some aspects of UI with popular technologies like react JS. This person will work closely with Harness AI team as well as Harness Feature Management business unit.

About the Role:

  • Software Development
    • Develop new copilot integrations
    • Develop new agentic flows for existing co-pilot skills
    • Richer interactions from AIDA and the FME product
    • Develop new agent capabilities related to aspects of the development lifecycle
    • Work with product management to develop new functionality for AIDA FME that includes (but not limited to):
  • Customer Support and Success Management:
    • Assist in triage, coordinating, and overseeing customer feedback for the existing and future AIDA functionality
    • Facilitate meetings and discussions to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.
    • Work closely with product management to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Operations
    • Support and maintain the existing product uptime
  • Project Coordination and Communication:
    • Help manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones 
    • Assist in risk management and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

About You:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Applied AI (GenAI and prompt engineering) and UI skills are desirable.
  • Strong skills in software engineering aspects
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Comfortable with moving fast with not well defined requirements
