Pavel Celba's work experience begins in 1984 when they started postgraduate studies at VŠCHT Praha, where they worked in the laboratory and focused on mainframe programming. Pavel then worked as a teacher at SPŠT Dvůr Králové n/L., teaching chemistry and computers. In 1988, they joined Software Slušovice as a programmer, working on localization and enhancements of various programming languages and databases. From 1990 to 1996, they founded and owned Frog Systems, s.r.o., a software house that delivered boxed and custom software and hardware. From 1988 to 1990, they worked at Daquas Prague as a VFP DevCon speaker. Then, from 1994 to 2009, they worked as a consultant at Philip Morris International. In 1988, they started working as an independent database consultant and developer as a freelancer. In 1989, they became the CEO of ACE Software, a position they held until 2012. Since 2014, they have been working at Cantata Health Solutions, a software development consultancy specializing in electronic health record and financial management software for hospitals and behavioral health facilities.
Pavel Celba graduated from the Prague Institute of Chemical Technology in 1983 with a degree in Water Technology. Additionally, they earned an ing. degree in Water Treatment Technology and Computer Programming from the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague (UCT Prague) during the same period.
