Paul Yemm

Paul Yemm has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Lab Technician at Tate and Lyle, where they were part of the starch modification team and specialized in preplant activities. In 2007, they became the Head Swim Coach at Decatur Swim Club and later took on additional roles as a Head Swim Coach/Pool Manager at the Country Club of Decatur from 2008 to 2012 and as the Head Swim Coach at Millikin University from 2008 to 2013. In 2013, Yemm worked as the Pool Manager/Head Swim Coach at Sunset Country Club. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Sales Administrator/Production Lead at Jaffe Book Solutions. Starting in 2014, they joined Turtleback Books as a Sales Representative, where they focused on growing sales with existing customers, acquiring new customers, planning shows, arranging travels, and forecasting and budgeting. Yemm then transitioned to Midwest Industrial Rubber, Inc. in 2017, working in a sales role until 2018. From 2018 to 2022, Yemm served as an Account Manager at Decatur Industrial Electric, Inc. Currently, they are working as a Regional Sales Manager at H-T-L perma USA LP since February 2022.

Paul Yemm earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with a Business emphasis from Millikin University from 2002 to 2006. Paul further pursued their education at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 2020 to 2021, where they obtained their Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration and Management, specifically emphasizing in Management.
