Joyce McCarthy is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Cantor Fitzgerald Ireland, Joyce has previously held significant positions such as Divisional People Partner - Strategic HR Business Partner at Vhi and Vice President of Group Technology HR at Barclays. Joyce's background also includes serving as Chief of Staff and Director of Performance Management at Lloyds Banking Group, along with a role as Manager of Performance Alignment at National Australia Bank. In addition to practical experience, Joyce has pursued education in leadership and wellness, including the Emerald Female Leadership Programme and a Diploma in Resilience and Wellness from Wellness Professionals at Work London.
