Jolene van Den Berg

Jolene van den Berg has a diverse range of work experience in various roles. Jolene is currently working as the Head of Decision Support and Analytics at Capfin, a position they have held since February 2021. Prior to this role, Jolene served as a Senior Credit Risk Analyst, Credit Origination Manager, Lead BI Analyst, BI Analyst, Business Analyst, and Financial Accountant/Financial Integrations Officer at Capfin. Jolene has also worked as a Management Accountant at Maskew Miller Longman/Pearson Education from 2005 to 2010, as an Assistant Accountant at Taxi Trucks from 2003 to 2005, as an Accountant Assistant at Laser Transport Group from 2001 to 2002, and as a Trainee Accountant at Safmarine from 1999 to 2001.

Jolene van den Berg completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Internal Auditing from Cape Peninsula University of Technology, where they studied from 1994 to 2001. In 2016, they further enhanced their skills by attending the Stellenbosch Business School for a program on Development of Leadership and Team skills. In 2017, they completed the Senior Management Development Program at Stellenbosch Business School, focusing on Business.
