Jan-Pieter Lips

Jan-Pieter (JP) Lips is an experienced executive currently serving as the President of Europe at Capillary Technologies since September 2025, where the company provides AI-based SaaS loyalty and engagement solutions globally. Lips has also been involved as a volunteer with Ukrainian Action since March 2023, supporting citizens of Ukraine. Prior to Capillary Technologies, Lips held the position of CEO at DNA Payments Group from November 2023 to September 2025 and served as an advisor at TLC Worldwide from January 2024 to March 2025. Previous roles include Non-Executive Director at Loyalzoo and Head of Unified Commerce at Adyen, where strategic insights on consumer engagement were provided. Lips led significant initiatives at Aimia Inc, including serving as Regional President for EMEA and co-founding the Nectar loyalty program. Educational background includes advanced management studies at Harvard Business School and a master's degree from the University of Amsterdam.
