Falko Marx

Falko Marx is the Head of HR Germany & Switzerland at Capita Europe, where Falko leads the HR County in Germany & Switzerland and is responsible for Employee Relations, Legal, and Administration. Prior to their current role, Falko was the Head of HR Mitbestimmung, focused on coordinating communication and negotiations with labor unions. With previous experience as a Referent Betriebsrat und Arbeitgeberthemen at Avocis, Falko has a strong background in building company-wide strategies for labor relations. Falko holds a Master of Arts degree in Political Science from Kiel University.
