Robert Naglic has extensive experience in human resources information technology. Robert is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Information Technology at Capital Blue Cross. Robert Naglic completed their education at the University of Virginia, earning a Bachelor's degree in American Government from 1994 to 1998. Robert later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at the University of Mary Washington from 2001 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Robert has obtained various certifications in areas such as psychological safety, strategic thinking, and banking risk regulations. Notably, they achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2012.
