Serenella Bardeggia

Serenella Bardeggia is an accomplished UX Research leader with extensive experience in various roles focused on user experience and research strategy. Currently serving as the Head of UX Research at Capital.com since September 2022, Serenella previously held positions as Lead UX Researcher at VTS and Photobox, and User Research Lead at Zoopla, where Serenella established user insight as a discipline and drove UX strategies across multiple brands and devices. Earlier career highlights include roles as a Senior User Experience Architect at Planet Retail and Information Architect at Matrix S.p.A. - Telecom Italia, among others. Serenella holds an MSc in Human-Centred Systems from City, University of London, and a BSc in Science of Education from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca.
