Erin Steiner Pavlich

Erin Steiner Pavlich has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Erin currently serves as the Chief Risk Officer at Lendstream Small Business Finance, LLC, where they manage SBA 7(a) lending and servicing compliance and maintains company policies and procedures. Prior to this, Erin worked as the Director of Compliance at Capital Crossing Servicing Company LLC. Erin also served as the Compliance Director & Senior Vice President at Ciena Capital, handling policy development and implementation, along with SBA SOP compliance. Erin has legal experience, having worked as an Associate at Alston & Bird LLP and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP. Erin also worked as an Attorney at Legal Services of Southern Piedmont, focusing on public benefits. Additionally, Erin was involved in loan servicing as a Vice President and Advisor Compliance Manager at Ciena Capital, LLC. Erin began their career as a Law Clerk at Ohio State Legal Services Association and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, and gained administrative experience as an Administrative Assistant at the American Dental Hygienist's Association, Institute for Oral Health. Erin Steiner Pavlich received their BA in Psychology, with honors, from the University of Chicago in 2004. Erin then pursued their JD, Cum Laude, at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law from 2005 to 2008. During their time at The Ohio State University, Erin also completed a Certificate in Children's Studies. In August 2008, they obtained their Attorney certification from the North Carolina State Bar. Erin also holds additional certifications, including an ABA Certificate in Business and Commercial Lending from the American Bankers Association.
