Leonid Demidov

Leonid Demidov has a diverse work experience in the field of project management and civil engineering. Leonid started their career as a civil engineer at Monolit Capital Stroy in 2010 and worked there until November 2012. From November 2012 to July 2013, they worked as a Project Manager at Engineering company "2K". Leonid then joined ICN Group as a Deputy Project Manager from July 2013 to December 2014. In December 2014, Leonid became the Head of PMO at Flat&Co and held this position until May 2016. Leonid then moved to OAO LSR Group as Head of PMO and worked there until October 2018. Currently, Leonid is working as a Deputy Project Director at Capital Group, starting from November 2018.

Leonid Demidov earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Civil Construction from Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (MSUCE) in 2010. From 2011 to 2014, they pursued further studies at the same university, completing a postgraduate degree in Technology and Organization of Construction. Later, from 2016 to 2018, Demidov attended the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) to obtain a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Real Estate Management.
