🏡🏢This is a Hybrid role, the Collections team work from our Cardiff City Centre Office 3 days per week. Your first 3 months will be 5 days a week whilst you undergo your training. 

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Collections Officer, you'll be providing the best customer service while managing and carrying out the collection of outstanding accounts. You'll be getting in touch with customers, discussing payment plans, and keeping accurate records of all interactions and payment statuses. Additionally, you'll be working with other departments to resolve billing issues and ensure a smooth and positive experience for our customers

✨Proactively contact customers to discuss outstanding accounts
✨Arrange payment plans to help customers get back on track
✨Provide exceptionally good customer service at all times
✨Keep accurate notes on each customer account
✨Collaborate with other departments to resolve queries
✨Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments 

Shift Patterns
Core hours are between 8am-8pm Monday - Friday, with one Saturday in every 4 weeks (8am-12pm). Shift patterns would be:
✨8am-4:30pm
✨9am-5:30pm
✨11:30am - 8pm

We’re Looking For
✨Call centre experience desired
✨Collections, complaints or sales experience desired
✨Able to communicate extremely well over the phone
✨Able to demonstrate empathy
✨Able to negotiate
✨Able to work independently and as part of a team
